FAQ

What is Kyppo in an AI world?

Kyppo is the hub. Agents, bots and humans are the spokes around it. In the middle, work becomes documentable, traceable and interactive — including for non-developers who need to join product development.

Why tickets?

Tickets are the shared work order. Whether an agent, a bot or a person does the work, it lands as a ticket so everyone can see status, comments and history in the same language.

Do we have to work agile?

No — it is not required. Kyppo thinks agile is a good idea and supports it (status, mode, Easy/List/Kanban). You choose how strictly you follow it.

Can AI agents use Kyppo?

Yes. Through MCP and APIs, agents and bots can read and update tickets within your access. People see the same tickets in the app — so agent work does not vanish into a private chat.

How do I get started?

Create an account with Google, X or email. Confirm your email if asked. Create your first project from the dashboard, add tickets, and invite who should join. Step-by-step is in the Getting started guide.

What is the difference between free and paid plans?

Free has limits on projects, tickets and AI. Solo and Team give you more room. See prices on the home page, and manage your subscription under Billing when signed in.

How do I invite people?

In project settings you invite by email. The link is valid for 14 days. New users land on the invitation after confirming; people who already use Kyppo also get an email.

When do I get emails?

Account emails (confirmation, sign-in, forgotten password, invites) go to everyone. Notification emails about tickets and sharing need a paid plan and Email turned on under Profile → Notifications.

What are Easy, List and Kanban?

Easy is your calm inbox for doing the work. List is for building and editing many tickets. Kanban is for agreeing on order and flow. Same tickets — three jobs.
